  2. I uploaded a PDF but did not receive any email.
    Please check your spam filter as some mails are caught in spam filters. Heavy traffic can also cause delays. If you still haven't received an email, please contact us.
  3. What kind of PDF that I can upload?
    You can upload any PDF as you want. There is no maximum file size, no maximum pages requested, but for your own convenience and upload time, they should be as small as possible. All the pages that you want in the SWF output file must be in a same PDF. Make sure all pages are in the same size. If not, some pages might turn unintentionally when onscreen page size is adjusted. Please also check that your PDF has only 1 page per page before you convert the file.

    Internal-use License: for company users to upload PDF and to create Flash files in the company.
